They should look like real teenagers - the kind you'd find in any mall across America - but they also should be a little ahead of the curve. After all, they are seen by millions of viewers who soak in their styles. The Cheetah Girls are also going on tour to promote the album, all the cheetahs except Raven will be on tour, Raven will not be on tour because she is not apart on the Cheetah Girls Band Group and has her own tour. 08.28.06-Not The Best Review On The Cheetah Girls 2   Back in 2003, the "Cheetah Girls" movie was a hit, focusing on four teen friends who formed a singing group. All of them screamed a lot and behaved like a script writer's overwrought vision of a teen girl; none of them seemed real. Now comes the sequel, again starring Raven, formerly known as Raven-Symone, and three lesser-known actresses.There are bouncy songs and bright settings; at times, the characters are sort of OK. Kenny Ortega has taken over as director and choreographer. From choreographing the 1987 "Dirty Dancing" to directing this year's likable "High School Musical," he creates attractive films.   In this sequel, the girls enter a music competition in Spain. The movie was shot in Barcelona. There are still plenty of flaws here. Problems are created arbitrarily, whenever the story needs one. Solutions are just as arbitrary.
